All orders are sent by Royal Mail using a 48 hour tracked delivery service.
With the exception of special/custom orders, all orders will be dispatched from us within 2 working days. With that said, we aim to have your order sent out by the next working day.
Please note that we are always happy to help where we can, however we cannot control the postal services and the Royal Mail cannot guarantee these delivery times.

As per EU law, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Please contact us within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be sent back (with proof) within 21 days of delivery
Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, they cannot be returned nor exchanged:
- custom or personalised orders
- digital downloads
- free or gifted items
- items on sale
Conditions of return
Unless explicitly stated and discussed prior, buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is then responsible for any loss in value.
Unless agreed beforehand, postage costs from the original purchase will not be refunded, just the cost of the item(s).
